As the Vice President of Divisional Merchandising Manager at JCPenney, I lead a dynamic team to drive the merchandising strategy across key categories including Women’s and Men's Footwear and Accessories and Handbags. With over 25 years of experience in the fashion and retail industries, I bring a wealth of expertise in driving sales growth, optimizing product assortments, and crafting innovative strategies that resonate with diverse customer needs.

Previously, I served as VP of Merchandising at Macy's Backstage, where I successfully led a team of 25 professionals, including 8 direct reports, in enhancing the merchandising approach for the off-price division. Under my leadership, I expanded the Backstage footprint, launched new and exclusive brands, and developed key partnerships that contributed to strong sales growth in shoes, handbags, accessories, and home goods.

Earlier in my career, I led the global wholesale business for Alex and Ani. At Saks Fifth Avenue, I served as a Lead Merchant, launching two digital businesses—one on the Saks platform and the other with the debut of SaksOff5th.com. I also spearheaded the development of a women’s accessories digital startup at Ideeli during the year it was recognized by Inc. 500 as the fastest-growing company. My foundation in merchandising was built through roles at Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale’s, and Loehmann’s.
